Sears Sears Kenmore Air Conditioners is JUNK! Hoffman Estates, Illinois

I bought a Kenmore Air Conditioner from Sears on August 11, 2011,  Sears sent (Harper heating & cooling) to install the air conditioner, Three days after it was installed ice was building up on the furnace along with a puddle of water surrounding the furnace, The technician told me after he installed it to always call him first if there is a problem (I thought that was suspicious as if he had something to hide) so he came back and put some silver tape around the part dripping the water and swore it was fixed, meanwhile Sears was calling to sell me on extended warranty for the air conditioner, so I did due to the pricey cost of it.  Sears warranty is a ripoff! Sears is laughing all the way to the bank everytime they make a sale.

By the time I had the air conditioner installed summer was ending so I thought well at least I'll have it ready to use next year 2012, Sears told me to call in May,2012 for a yearly maintenance check, I did just that, the man that came out said the freon was low but is now good, about two weeks later I turned on the air conditioner and got the same problem of ice building up on the furnace and puddle of water surrounding the furnace. 

I called Sears to fix the problem but, was given the runaround, each representative claimed that only a man name (Adam) could take care of the issue, I became more frustrated and decided to call Sears Holdings in Illinois, I talked to their resolution rep name (Picole) who was no help! worse was that I was told that the technician (Harper heating & cooling) was terminated from Sears and that no other technician was available Finally, they sent a man name (Mike) to check the problem on June 05,2012, I was told that the Compressor was damaged and that the air conditioner might be too big for my home. I haven't enjoyed the air conditioner since the date of installation. Sears is the worst company I have ever done business with, Sears is highly deceitful and is only out to take your money. Over ten years ago I bought a defective color television from Sears, when will I ever learn that Sears should have been put out of business a long time ago by our justice system?
