The Sensible Home Warranty company provides horrible and unreliable customer service.  They also do not honor their warranty contracts.  Seriously think twice before signing up with this company.  It's not worth the small savings over other home warranty companies.  Their customer service reps don't have any answers, put you on hold for at least 5 min at a time and come back with the same non-answer.  They are a complete customer service failure! 

Today marks day #5 and I still don't have a response on whether or not their underwriting department will "authorize" the service to fix my furnace.  It's been below freezing all 5 nights and doesn't get above 45 during the day.  Needless to say, I'm completely fed up with this company.  I have lost all my patience. I should renewed with my previous home warranty company.  They were great to deal with, quick to respond and had all the answers when asked.  Go with (((competitor's name redacted)))...they're a million times better!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
