On 9/7/2007 I placed an order for a jacket. I was told that the company had over sold the jacket and that the company would send the jacket if and when more stock was available. On 10/27/07 I noticed that charges were being charged to my account although I had not received the jacket. I was never notified by ShopNBC that the jacket was shipped. I called ShopNBC and they said the jacket was sent by FedEX and left on porch when I was at work. The company did not request a signature. I live in an apartment complex and the jacket was not on my porch when I returned from work. I can only assume what happened to the jacket since it was left unguarded all day on my porch. I contacted ShopNBC customer service and they said that their Loss Prevention Department would have to look into the order and that I might have to fill out some papers to get a refund. The key word here is might. There was no definite indication that I would be required to fill out any forms.

The jacket was on a monthly payment plan. Although I had not received the jacket ShopNBC kept charging payments to account. The total was $208.98.

I have contacted customer service twice and I have been told to contact their Loss Prevention Department at 1-952-943-6776. I have tried contacting the department twice and have only gotten a recording that asks for my name, order number, and phone number. The company was suppose to get back with me but took almost a week to do so. The Loss Prevention Department claims that they sent forms through email for me to fill out by email. I never received the forms. Since I did not get an email that the order was sent I am not surprised that I did not get am email containing the forms. I have no idea what email address all this email was supposedly being sent to.

The Better Business Bureau contacted Loss Prevention and ShopNBC told them that the case is closed and I can longer get my money back. I have lost $208.98 and would like my money back. I gave you money in good faith that I would receive a product and no product was received. I have contacted ShopNBC in good faith expecting that they would return my money and they have not.
