I purchased kitchen cabinets at shoprtacabinets.com. The owner is Frank Lamark. Many deceptive business pratices. He first takes your money promissing fast delivery. Then gives you tons of excuses of delivery delays.
All done by email, the phone provided is never answered. Lies after lies, he fails to deliver the goods. Then 9 weeks later, he cancels your oder and promise a refund. More delays, more lies, this guy doesn't stop. A well groomed con-artist. Still no refund after 2 weeks now.
I have a physical address for Frank Lamark of ****, Itasca, IL 60143 and ****, Itasca, IL 60143.

I received an email from shoprtacabinets.com (Frank Lamark), asking me to remove this post. He attached a pdf file of a supposedly payment, scheduled for 5-22-15 from Bank of America, as proof of refund coming to me. This is just another tactic used by Frank. A scheduled payment can always be cancelled, as he does all the time. Like I mentioned before, a well-groomed con-artist that uses the same ruses, customer after customer. I will keep updating this post from time to time. It will be interesting to see what he comes up with excuse next time!
