I ordered by phone after I heard about the ad on the TV. To my surprise the ordering was made through an automated voice and the ordering process was really though to understand as it is impossible at anytime to know the total amount of the order. The voice is always pushing you to order new stuff. At any moment you don't have the possibility to stop the process apart from hanging up the phone.

In addition, I just received the box yesterday with all the items and to day I got the bill of $136.40 withdrawn from my account. This amount is absolutely not acceptable. First I did not get any detailed invoice. I just got the items list within the box. I had to go to their web site to get some pricing information. Again, no breakdown by item price, but I discovered that for a total of $136.40 paid, the shipping cost is $106.59 and no taxes. This means that I paid the kit $29.90. I never experienced such a high price for such type of shipping all over my entire life. I sent them an email to ask for a refund on the shipping cost. I received an answer with a shipping cost for each item even for the one free. Furthermore, the highest shipping costs are for the free ones.

Their selling and invoicing processes are quite unusual and excessive: You order without a clear view of the amount to be paid and they are offering a lot of items free with very high shipping costs (I can provide all details about their answers iI got be email). I asked for a proof of the payments they made to the forwarder for each item but they did not provide any answer to this question.

So, I would recommend to all potential customers to do not order anything from this company which really rips me off.
