Simoniz Fix IT Processed Order Without Confirmation Milwaukee Wisconsin

I started to order online, but did not finish. I only have dial-up and it was taking too long. The 1st page asks how many units you want. The 2nd page asks for payment info. After that, the web site keeps asking if you ALSO want this or that. I finally just disconnected from the internet altogether. Four days later I received an e-mail saying my ORDER had shipped. I never had any confirmation of the order; not on their web-sit or by e-mail.

I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will refuse delivery.

Customer Service told me that when I entered my billing info, I gave them permission to process the order even if I did not complete the whole order process.
