S&J Used Auto Parts ripoff! Charged and never sent product bought! Saratoga Springs New York

findpart.com gave me S&J Auto as having teh part I needed. Called thema nd spoke to Christine. Christine told me she had my part, took my CC number and said it would be shipping in 3-4 day's. 2 weeks later I call and she say's she is trying to get me a better part from a vendor in my area so that I can pick it up. I questioned the difference between her statement and the original I was told from her. But eventually went along with it.

Then I call back again after seeing their named all over badbusinessbureau.com. I threatened them with a lawyer and reporting them to various bad business firms. I got a voice mail about contacting a Denasia in tracking about my part. I have call at least 20 times int eh past 2-3 weeks and have not had a human answer teh phone once that I have called.
