I made a purchase through Sneakpeeq.com of a make at home cheese kit a few months ago. It took almost 4 weeks to receive my purchase and when I finally received it, the booklets were all misprinted. I returned the item and received a "badge" credit.
I used this badge to purchase a necklace and purchased another with my own money. They used the entire $32 credit for a $24 necklace and I never received the difference. When I received these necklaces, they were also of VERY poor quality (poor soldering, cheap materials, etc.).
I have contacted customer service numerous times and have received one email telling me to refer to their return policy after I have demanded that they give me my money back. I am returning the necklaces, but I will probably never purchase anything from this company again, even with my credit. I'll just put this in the loss column. They have virtually non-existent customer service and sell mediocre, over-priced products that you have to wait an eternity to receive.
