Southern California Edison Closed my account without my knowledge or consent Ripoff Rosemead California

To my astonishment Southern California Edison closed my account without my consent or my knowledge just days after I had applied for the EMA program. Due to the fact that a one ROSARIO SENTENO called and said she wanted service turned on in her name. I had long since ago redflagged my account as I thought it REDFLAGGED my address as well with a password. I was to be notified if at any time someone tried to turn off my service, move my service or anything else to do with my service. I get mail for the above mentioned person from SCE and send it right back the next day I get another piece of mail for this person so thinking I had better call to see what is going on I find out this person had my service account closed due to the fact that she wanted service in her name. I dont even know this person nor does she live in my home nor did I want services closed. That was what the redflag was for. They call it simple human error how many people you know dont know their own address. I ask you that. I know my address hell my 7 year old knows her address. Get with the program SCE its fraud pure and simple.Thats why the mail was refused. Now I have to go through a long drawn out process to get my service back in my name. Do you think SCE cares no I was told they could not deny services to any one! Ok honey redflag on the account meant something.

Now who has to pay the cost. I do. Im not sure if I have to pay another deposit or not. I refuse to pay another desposit this was not my mistake. SCE get with the program what do you have a bunch of retards working there. In my opinion you do. Its fraud pure and simple. Using my address without my permission is fraud. This address belongs to me and the people in my home. NOT ROSARIO SENTENO. I have had this address since 12-20-02 come on give a person a break.
