Southwest Auto Tow Lic#005864093C 5hours missing with Tow Truck Driver Dallas Texas

Sunday evening between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm my truck was towed.(BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS STOLEN.

When I went out to walk my dog at 830pm. I notice that my 2001 Dodge Ram was gone. I called the S&W tow company that my apartment complex has contracted. They told me that they didnt tow my 2001 Dodge Ram that was at 835pm . I then call the Dallas Police Department at 840pm the phone number stated they where closed.. Then I called 911 at 842pm spoke with Ellen at 911. Filed a stolen vehicle Report After she ran a scan to see if my truck was towed. She advised me that the 2001 Dodge Ram was not towed at 845pm. The Dallas Police came out to file the report at 10pm. I then called my Automobile Insurance to file a claim at 1030pm. Do to the fact I was under the impression that my 2001 Dodge Ram was stolen off of Hampton Green Apartments property Since the S&W tow company stated that they didnt have my 2001 Dodge Ram and the Controlled Access Gates where off track/ not working AGAIN.830am advised her that my truck was stolen. At 915am I walked in my leasing office to advised on what happen on 09/23/2007. Gave her the police report number for the stolen vehicle. They gave me the impression at that time that my truck was not towed. 90minutes later she called and advised me that my truck was in fact towed. I asked her why didnt you tell me this when I was down there at the office? She had no comment. Then. When my mother and I arrived at the SW Auto Storage in Dallas Around 445pm on 09/24/2007. I asked SW towing; why did you tell me that my truck as not towed or on your property?? No comment.. They claim that it was not called in/ tagged till 12:10am on Monday morning 09/24/07 to the Dallas Police Department. It didnt arrived to the in pound till 1am. My truck was not logged nor called in by the SW Auto tow till 5hrs later. MY TRUCK WAS REPORT STOLEN WAY Before they called it in.

ANY INVESTAGATING WOULD HELP!!
