Southwest Auto Tow wrongfully towed my car i believe, not even 24hrs cost is 218 Dallas Texas

I work for my grandma,she is 94y/o.I went to visit her,and decided to spend the night,my aunt gave me a visitors pass to put in the car of my window.Which the landlord had given to my aunt and my grandma,when i woke up my car was gone,not so much as a notice my car was gone.Went to the managers office they were closed,called back about a hour later and talked to the manager he gave me the tow company's number.

I do not know when my car was towed,I have been given three different time lines.It has not been 24hrs and to get my car back i have to pay 197 dollars this is at 11:00am.Called at two oclock now the fee is 218.My car was towed because the visitor pass had expired,I did not knowthat and my grandma did not know either.No one explained to her that she has to get the visitor pass every month.I thought I was suppose to get some kind of notice.
