Southwest Auto Tow Towed for parking rear-first, broke into car, and broke things inside the car. Dallas Texas

My apartment complex (Springhaven Apartments in Addison, TX) all of a sudden started using Southwest Auto Tow, for an unkown reason. They immediately posted signs on the fences that say "Head-in parking only." They enforced this rule on October 4, 2013. On October 5, 2013 our car was towed for being parked rear-first.

I don't think this "rule" is legal, and the sign doesn't say anywhere on it "Unauthorized Vehicles Will Be Towed at Owner or Operator Expense" which would make it a legal sign. Therefore, I don't believe this sign is legal. And I have never heard of head-in parking to be a rule punishable by tow.

After the car was towed, we went to go get it 25 minutes after it was checked into the lot. We drove to a very obscure and back-roads location. (see address.) After about 30 minutes, we got the car out, and there was some very noticeable damage to the car. The towing person obviously broke into the vehicle because the parking break was applied and he needed it undone. He took out the thing under the dashboard to stop the car alarm. The PASSENGER door handle is completely broken. The car was left in the tow lot in 3rd gear. Finally, the alignment was completely off.

We don't know yet how much this will cost us in damages. It cost us $150 to get the car out for being in the lot for 25 minutes. We filed a damage report with the company, but online it says that someone will contact you and be very rude to you about blaming them for any damages. 

I would like for the towing company to remove their ridiculous and questionably legal signs and warn people about this towing company. It is NOT BBB accredited, and I think this is a scam.
