I called Sovereign. They said that my problem is with Deluxe. I disagree. Sovereign is not taking care of its customers, by proving only exclusive contact information for Deluxe. My bet is that Sovereign receives a "marketing" fee from Deluxe for such services. There is obviously a more direct case against Deluxe, but the public would be well served to put pressure on the banks to provide access to reasonable check costs or at least disclose them
