Sprint's "all everything" plan is not what its cracked up to be. We are victims of deceptive billing practices in dealing with Sprint. The plan with all everything minutes was started in September and even though that was stated on the bill that I had that plan, I was still charged over $1,000 for that they called "overage minutes"
My first call to customer service, all seemed to be resolved once I got past the frontline employee, and spoke to a supervisor. She said that she'd put in an adjustment for the overage and all would be taken care of within 3 business days.
One month later, all is not well. I am now being told that the adjustment may not be taken care of. After being assured that it would. All this was after being transferred thru 3 departments and NO ONE seemed to know what was going one, even after explaining myself 3 times.
Sprint has just lost a customer.
