Sprint/ Nextel now charges to fix their errors! Overland Park Kansas

I have had numerous problems with sprint/nextel, that i do not know where to begin. First off, when i purchased the phone i was told that i would have free nights starting at 6pm, due to two employees argueing about who would get credit for helping me. Then, i find out later that this was not the case and the manager misinformed me. Then i received a bill and found out that though i do not send text messages, people were trying to send them to me, therefore charging me for each and every text message. I called to have text messaging blocked, which they failed to do, and after being on the phone the second month, it was finally corrected. Then I added a phone to my line, and was told that the bill was going to bill me twice for the month, since i added the phone to my contract in the middle of the month. This is just the beginning of headaches that i have received. I waited 3 months for my plan to change and increase my minutes so that my overage charges would not occur, but due to sprint's error, and probably mainly due to employees who do not speak english, this change never occured until this month. After many other problems i contacted the BBB regarding the matter and had a phone call

returned from Sean Jones with Sprints executive office, however when i called the number he left on the voicemail, the number is not a working number. Not only this, but then i proceeded to call the number from the caller i.d., but that too is not a good number to contact him. Finally i called 611 from my cell phone and after being bounced around numerous times, i was finally informed that sprint is subtracting minutes from my plan for every time i have to call customer service due to their errors. I can not believe that i am paying to get them to fix what they did wrong! Not one employee knows how to contact the Executive office, and the number of 888 727 0665 which was left for me to call is not a working number. Stay away from sprint, that is for sure, or it will cost you to fix their errors!
