I can now only assume that you are a young punk idiot! I will speak to you about nothing else. I know the situation. I know I have worked hard all my life and have never taken handouts or anything else that would list me as a deadbeat! You know nothing about me or this situation! But anyone with half a brain knows they are sinking us in this country! Laugh all you want I just don't give a d**n! The only reason I even put this up is because I'm sick of these big companies running us over all the time. If enough of us little guys start standing up and saying we are NOT going to take it any more, just maybe they will start hearing! If you don't get that Jim I don't give a d**n!

Whenever somebody posts a rebuttal, especially to an acknowledged deadbeat and that rebuttal is right on target...the whiner usually has no intelligent rebuttal in response!  We see it all the time on this website!  The whiner comes back with some embellishment of their "story" and of themselves.  Then the whiner usually makes the typical immature, nonsensical statement of "you must work for them"!  Thanks for keeping up the momentum and providing us with all the laughs as you continue to blame everybody else for the problems YOU created!

You must be a loyal employee! Making the six figures and letting it rule your good sense are you Jim! Grow some morality! I know what I'm talking about! I have the homeowners that is required, have always had. After over 25 years and multiple companies that did not, and signing a mortgage with suntrust that did not, they're now forcing other insurances (that shouldn't be allowed)(I know whole other issue)! And yes, it is stupid flood insuruance, which supposedly changes which is BS and, I know they get it to do it. It's wrong (again another issue, some of why I didn't explain all). But, IF you read what I wrote, they did not send the proper paperwork or give me the proper information for me to get my own until after they had force fed me theirs! This is why I'm mad, and saying they are liars and cheats! Don't force feed me stuff that is going to put my home in jepordy when I've been arguing with you for months trying to get the information I need to get the insurance you require and still be able to eat! Than act like you sent it to me all along! When you have a fixed mortgage, for a fixed period of time, at a fixed ARP you should be able to depend that your payments are going to be staying exactly the same until that time period is up PERIOD! I signed, they signed. No one should be able to go back now and say oops I want to add this or that now! And I shouldn't have to be adding insurrance that I DON"T need just cause someone decided to come along and change some zone! My home did not move! Has had 3 major hurricanes come straight up through the front yard, has had record rainfall this year, and only water damage I have had is when the hot water tank busted, and when I left a faucet running filling up a garbabe can getting ready for the hurricanes! I am not an IDIOT Jim! I AM a ticked off American, sick to death of BIG buisiness and government making the American Dream impossible! SICK to death of the LAZY living off MY back! And you are the one that doesn't know what your talking about!

Its up to YOU, the borrower to obtain insurance and if you don't, the lender gets it own forced placed insurance.  The insurance payments come out of the escrow. 

Either there's alot missing here from this story, like the truth or you just don't know what you're talking about.
