SUNTRUST BANK Promotion Not Honored Washington Dist of Columbia

While searching for a new bank, visited Suntrust's website and decided to make use of the $200.00 bonus after opening my checking account. It was the closest bank around and they are plentiful in the area. I heard of other banks paying off for their bonuses such as PNC even from my family members. I took the protion coupon with me when I opened the account. The manager ensured me that it was true. I followed all of the rules, waited the alloted time and after 2 monhs I went back to inquire at least three times that month. I called the number to check on status at least three times. They kept telling me to wait it's being processed. Its now been almost a year and never ever received what was promised.
