Superior Benefits ripoff didnt get what they said and gave me a big runaround Champlain New York*UPDATE .. Superior Benefits contacts Rip-off Report. REFUNDS will be given to unsatisfied customers *EDitor's UPDATE 2-20-04!

EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

Money was taken out of my checking acct on 1/21/04($299). I made many calls to them. And was told there was delivery problems. I also tried to cancel and get refund . First I was told I had to receive it before I could return for refund. A few weeks latter
I was told the money was not refundable.I finally recieved the so called package on 3/19/04.There is absolutely nothing in it that is usable especially for $299. The credit card app is a card that you have to deposit money in to use plus pay a fee.
There is a web address to accss your benefits:http://www.myworldofbenefits.com. which I can't access. All of the free stuff you have to pay something in order to get it. My husband talk to these people on the phone. He has memory problems and some times doesnt understand everything. There is also a terms& conditions page which states you can cancel within
15 days of delivery . I was told that it is for a$99 membershipfee?? I would like to return this so called valuable package and get my money back. The company that did the ACH is Superior Company ID#503670829bsec:web phone # 800-400-0792 another number for superior benefits customer service is 888-898-7135.
