On 3/18/2009, I called in to customer service for the 1st time and got some answers on my options of plans I can switch to. I was advised that this was also avalable online for me today so I registered online and attempted to change my plan. Since I am a Flex Pay customer, in order to change my plan, there was a fee due upfront.

After selecting my plan and entering in my card number, the system advised me that my card was declined and to try again later. I knew I had enough money in the account to cover the charges so I assumed that it had to be a problem with the system or that I entered in my card infomation incorrectly. I attempted to make a payment 2X after that. Each payment I was attempting to make was $56.10 per payment. After the 3rd time, I assumed that it must be the card or the bank so I tried a total different card with another bank.

Again, I recieved the message that the card was declined and to try again later. I didnt not put much thought into it and did not think I was being charged because after hitting #BAL# and #MIN#, it did not show that my plan was upgraded or my account was changed so I went to sleep.

My plan was to go directly to a T Mobile Store to make the change. The next morning, I was on my way to work after taking my 2 toddlers to the daycare and I was almost out of gas. After stopping to get gas, I recieved the message after attempting to use my card at the pump that my card was declined. I attempted to use it at the ATM and I had no funds. I had to try to make it to work on the little gas I had. In the process, I ran out of gas and had to walk a little distance. Never mind the fact that I'm pregnant and there had been some recent kidnappings in the area. After making to work and checking my accounts. I saw that there were 4 transactions from T Mobile on my account and they had took a total of $224.40 out of my accounts. I was mortified and very upset.

I called the bank and was told these were transactions that were payments made to T Mobile. I called T Mobile and spoke to a rep that stated "Oh this has happened to me too". Who care's where is my money. After supervisor after supervisor, calling the banks on conference calls there ws nothing they can do to get my money back to me faster than at least 48 hrs. I have no money and I work 1 hr away from my home and daycare. I am pregnant and have no money to even give the baby in my stomach the nutrientions he or she needs today. I dont even know how I am going to make it home and get to the daycare since I do not have money for gas. This is terrible and T Mobile doesnt care about their customers. Now I have to wait for my money that they stoel from under me and I dont know how I am going to feed my family tonight, or tomorrow, or possibly the days following that until I either receive my money back or get paid next week.

Today is Thursday and payday is still some ways away. T Mobile sucks and I am going to tell anyone who will listen. Stay away from T Mobile because they will suck her money away from you and care less who it affects!!!!
