Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
well, i suppose to be having Unlimited data package on my plans with T-Mobile that i pay for EVERYMONTH $34.99. until i received this message from them:
Due to the amount of date you have used this billing cycle, your data speed will be slowed for the remainder of the cyclle.
WHAT??? i pay for UNLIMITED use.
when i called them they said that i am OVER USED for my Data plans. and when i told them i have unlimited plans they said you have used too much data this.
that was just Ripoff. i can't wait leave them. stay away for them.

Do you realize all companies who offer internet slows you down at a certain point. I've been slowed by both T-mobile and Comcast. Quit lying they didn't say you over used they said you reached the throttle point, you could still use the web its just slower.

T-Mobile, just like all other wireless carriers, are putting a cap on the amount of data that you use per month to ensure optimal network performance. You can still use your internet on your phone because you are paying for unlimited internet service. Your speeds will just be slower than the 3G or 4G internet speed that your phone is capable of.
