In February 2003 I purchased two Samsung S105 phones. They were runnung a campaign that there was a $50 rebate per phone. I sent in all documantation: bar code from boxes, copy of service agreement and rebate form. T-Mobile claims they have no record of the rebate request. They did the same thing to my friend who made the same purchase at the same store and date as I did.

Got my rebate on the same phone in a month

Always when sending off paperwork for rebates, make copies! The fullfillment centers are not always as careful in handling correspondence as they should be. My husband also got the same phone, and it took about 45 days.
