At the begining of this year (2005) we were introduce to T-Mobile by a CSR at the Carlsbad mall who claimed that service coverage in the Camp Pendelton area where we live was superv in comparison with Verizon, so we descided to give it a try and what a fiasco.

The phones were slower than at our previous carrier, and incoming calls or outgoing calls were hard to make/receive. We contacted T-Mobile CS and after much hassle, about 7hrs of dealing with them back and forth they told us it was a problem with that particular model of phone and that some one will call u back to fix the problem. After almost a month of CSR saying some one will call you back, I got upset and some one finally put me trough a supervisor and told us we would be receiving new phones. We received one pone and we call to let them know.

A month or so later we still dealing with phone/service problems. After several more calls with CSR I was told we were to receive new phones again. We receive only two, and one was locked so they send us another one, we send the old ones back. Then we received a bill for the almost $600 saying we old for the phones they supposed to send the first time and never did. After several times dealing with CS they told us they messed up that the phones they hadn't received were the ones they have recently send. In the mean time I received a letter from their tech department saying one of the phones I recently send was not working properly and the warranty wasn't covering that. But they argued they never received them.

Now they say they receive one that is was damaged and that I owe them $400+ fees + restocking and what not. And they disconnect my phone.

I have enough of this company and I think is time for a good law suit for their wrong business practices and abusive NO-Service-but-still-charge-you practices.
