I dealt with Talmadge Bell, Dawn Erling, and Chris Hellums, Rachel Ritter, and Marc Varone in an attempt to get a refund:

I signed up in 2009 and after the first day I asked for a refund. I found that it wasn't a route I wanted to take after I found out what they did EXACTLY. My coach said I had 90 days to complete and see if I liked it, then I could get a refund. I did coahing and still had no interest so after 85 days I asked for a refund. I was then told that I had only 72 hours to request the refund and now my $7,400.00 that I spent was void.

I kept going up the chain to talk to multiple supervisors and was finally told that they would offer 1 extra year of coaching to accomodate me. I was deploying so they said when I got back that they would honor it. Well of course they never did. I left 4 e-mails, 8 voicemails, and many many complaints. No one ever contacted me.

I was called a quiter, someone who had no goals, and was barated for wanting a refund. It has now been 3 years and I still have had no success and after all of the ripoff reports and scam pages about this company, I am CONVINCED this was a scam. I am trying to get a class action lawsuit going or maybe a lawsuit of my own if no one is interested in the suit. PLEASE do not get scammed by these people! You WILL lose your money. In fact, I haven't seen one real review that promises anything out there. Do your research.
