Concepts Execution In Association With Tafiti Consulting - RIPPED OFF BIGTIME - SCAMMED AND IGNORED Salt Lake City Utah

In Nov 2007, I was sold, by very persuasive telephone salesman, a 12 week intensive course on 'internet marketing'. The course was to be delivered by 'Tafiti Consulting'.

I was told that I would be engaged in a proactive 12 weeks intensive training programme, followed by on going support for as long as I found it necessary.

I was told that I was likely to get my money back by way of profits in 3 to 6 months.

I was told that I would receive full written details of the course and that they would be 'holding my hand all the way' even to the point of taking over my computer screen to show me first hand exactly what to do when necessary.

I did not want to pay the $3000 via crdit card so they made pay via Paypal to some guy named David Russamen.

They say they have a '3 day cancellation policy' but I was not aware of this nor had any communication from them in this time.

After I sent in my contract, they told me a tafiti coach would call me. I got the login information and spoke with someone once.

Then, I never heard from them again.

I have called the company many times only to be hung up on or put on hold for a really long time.

The lady said she couldnt even find my contract.

Yet, I got an account on tafiti through them.

I gave up, because I had not idea how to get my money back - I just waited and tried to learn stuff on tafiti site.

Then, after a couple months of downtime - I tried to dispute in paypal but no repsonse from the email address for David Russamen.

I have the email address of David Russamen and supposedly when I call now - no one with this name works at the company anymore.

They offer no guarantees or refund policy and surely a 3 day cancellation clause is unacceptable.

They have repeatedly ignored my request for details of their supposed BBB membership.

I need help to get to bottom of this.
