TECH SUPPORT Tech Support charged us $699 for computer repairs that really messed up our computers. Internet

Tech Support contacted us via telephone to let us know that they would protect our computers from viruses, trojans, etc., for a period of (I think) 5 years for the cost of $699.  They had me give my bank account number over the telephone and said they didn't used credit cards.  We've since had lots of trouble with our computers.  They claim they are a division of Microsoft.  They have since called wanting another $400 to fix our computer problems.  We declined as we think this is the same bogus company.

We want to know who we report this fraud to and get this outfit shut down to prevent it from ripping off more computer users.
