The Digital Pros Absolute SCAM. Try to up sell you (and I ordered online!) and then don't send out product. Miramar Beach Florida

 On July 26, I placed an order online at the www.thedigitalpros.com website. I purchased a Nikon J1 for work. About two hours later after I placed the order online, I received an email that I need to call them regarding my order. I called them and they tried to pressure me to purchase an additional battery and smart card. I told them I already had it and didn't need it. After a few minutes of the saleperson still trying to sell me other things, he finally agreed to just send me the camera I ordered, telling me it would go out THE NEXT DAY. Two weeks later, today, I call them to see where my order is. The guy says "Oh, it is on back order. It will be there in two weeks".  I asked him why I wasn't notified. He said I was sent an email. I was not. In fact, I never received any more emails since two weeks ago. I went online, as I am speaking to this guy and my order was not listed! They deleted my order! So how is my order on "back order" yet there is no proof of my order online? I told them to cancel my order and I am going to make sure that I was not charged. This was the second online company I found that does this--offer low prices, and then try to hit you up to buy other things. They are rude, pushy and they don't even list a street address on their website section that says "Contact Us". Just a city, state and zip cose. What if you have a return?

 One of the worst experiences of my life. And I shop online for everything--even my groceries. I looked online and saw that other people reported the same scam. Why are they still in business?!
