Thredup Stole my Designer clothes and No Credit given to me as they claimed San Leandro California

I sent 15 pieces of like new and new with tags jeans, designers including Ralph Lauren, Rock N Republic, Calvin Klein, Patra, Dr. Scholls and more. It took them over two months to process my clean out bag, for which I opted to receive store credit. I complained to them twice when they kept giving me dates when I would receive my credit-(always a lie too). I was hoping to buy clothing for job interviews, as I just lost my job, was in a car accident and diagnosed with a medical condition all in the same time frame. I was really excited about receiving the credit, so this experience really let me down. Now my bag reads processed in the email, and that my payout is 12.00. But when I check in my account it says credit is 0.00 and that I have 00.00 available. So they will never give me a dime for my things. I know they sell the clothes first and that's what accounts for the processing time for the "Upfront payout" They only claimed to receive less than half of what I sent and it showed the prices they sold them for-over $120 not to mention the other things they accepted but lied about (I saw them for sale on the site) Rot in hell ThredUP- and just pray that a disgruntled customer doesn't send you a clean out bag full of excrement.
