Never use Ticket Liquidators!! I ordered tickets through them, so I thought, for a Justin Bieber concert for my 2 daughters. I ordered in May for the concert on October 24th. Well today is the 22nd of Oct and I still have no tickets for a concert we have to travel out of state for!!  When trying to call Ticket Liquidator and the seller whom they passed my order onto which was Tickets In Time or Tix In Time I got the total run around!

Both companies fail to answer their phones. When they do answer they put you on hold where you mystiously get disconnected. I was told they would get a hold of me to let me know how I would receive the tickets, which they haven't. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told no, this is not a issue for the supervisor. I told them I wanted to talk to the supervisor anyway and was told no. They were very rude and nasty and have no intention of getting you your tickets!!

Go ahead and google the companies, they have thousands of horrible reviews, been written up by the Better  Business Burea, etc. Save yourself a lot of time, money and heartache(my girls) and NEVER ORDER from these scammers!! They should all be in jail!!

AUTHOR: Ticket Liquidator - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 24, 2012

Hello Brady! Thank you for your Ripoff Report commentary. We're very sorry to hear about the worry and confusion in regards to your ticket order.

In your case, you ordered tickets through us back in late May of 2012 for a Justin Bieber event in Illinois. Your ticket seller noted on the ticket order that the tickets may not be available for shipment until very close to the event. They specifically estimated that the tickets may not ship until October 17 (the concert is on October 24). It therefore seems that your ticket seller did indicate upfront prior to your purchase that ticket delivery would be delayed.

On that note, the speed at which tickets are delivered to customers varies based on the event and the seller concerned. Some sellers may have earlier access to tickets through special presale opportunities or fan club connections. Other sellers access tickets from other third-party suppliers and have to wait to receive your tickets from those suppliers. The end result (as we explain on our website) is that ticket delivery can sometimes be delayed.

Regardless of that fact, we nevertheless guarantee that any tickets ordered through our website will be delivered by their seller in time for your event. Sellers are penalized heavily by us if they cannot fulfill that obligation and they are also expected to provide additional financial compensation to customers in any such circumstances. We hold our sellers rigorously to our compliance standards and are very sensitive to any violations of our customer's expectations.

In your situation, it is indeed true that your seller was unable to ship the tickets by October 17 and instead took a little longer to access the tickets. You did indeed call us at two points and we had a manager working on your situation in each case. We maintained contact with your ticket seller in order to make sure that they fulfilled your order as planned. I apologize if you were given any other indication as to our efforts on your behalf when you contacted us.

That being said, your ticket seller ended up uploading PDF files of your tickets to our exchange last night. Our records indicate that you have since downloaded the tickets. We have also extended you a discount as our apology for the long wait and also offered to refund your shipping fee since your tickets were ultimately provided via an email format.

We hope you and your family have a great time at the event!!
