I waited patiently for over three months for my rebates and when I checked on status, I could not speak to any person at onrebate. The web site says info not received. I phoned tigerdirect and sopke to three different bozos who all geve me the runaround including the so-called C/S manager who would not even provide his full name for me to include to a letter to his company. Please avoid this company even if it means pating a few extra $$$ for computer info. If you have ANY problem, it will be impossible to resolve with their horrible staff!
