Tracfone Ripoff charged credit card didn't get time I paid for Internet

On 2/19/07 I used Internet to put airtime for 1 year at $100 on my phone. I put in all the information only to get the message that airtime couldn't be given at that time and to try later or call their customer service dept which I did immediatey. After calling them and talking to someone who spoke very bad english and being on the phone with them for over 1/2 hour I finally got the time I paid for. Two days after I put the time on my phone I checked my credit card and noticed they had charged me twice for one year's service. I immediately called them and once again got a foreign speaking person who didn't understand what my problem was so they kept shifting me to different depts and I finally got someone who understood what the problem was. After explaining the problem to her over and over again she gave me credit for the second charge but she also removed the airtime I paid for off my cell phone. I had 488 minutes when I added the time on my phone and after paying for the year I should of had another 250 minutes making it 738 mins. I had my daughter call them and try to get them to understand that they took my money and didn't give me the airtime but they told her they were right and she was wrong and wouldn't do anything about it. She asked for a refund and they told her they don't give refunds so therefore I am out the money and the airtime. This company is very fraudulent and I urge anyone who has a cell phone to think twice before using Tracfone for their service. This company is a ripoff.
