Tracfone, Tracphone I purchased a card, I went to add my minutes today and couldn't. I called only to find out someone used the pin. And I am out of luck, I have all the paper work, I am out the money I went to add minutes they said someone already used the pin# miami, Florida

I went to add minutes to my tracphone they said the pin I gave them is already used. I have all the receipts never gave the number to anyone. Someone by the name of Brenda added them to her phone yesterday. I am out of luck. And they can not do anything to her. That sucks we should be protected. the girl I talked to said no surpervisor was avaiable (of course) but who did she talk to when she said give me two mintutes I have to talk to my surpervisor. That there was nothing she could do, but give me 10 min which I didn't get. Now I am scarping for money to add minutes, I only use it for emergency. But nothing they can do. This Is riduculous.  Plus I bought a double minute phone.
