Tresor Rare The WORST products and experience. Lahaina Maui Hawaii

LOCATION: Lahaina, Maui 

SALES: I cannot say enough about how hard they pressure you to spend money while not answering legitimate questions with straight answers. Everyone there, including an upper-management employee visiting from CA, was a manipulative, condescending, insulting, bully. All the other store owners and employees along the street we went into warned us to stay away and said they are constantly getting costumers who complain about the treatment they received at Tresor Rare and that the products are not worth the money. 

IN-STORE TRIAL OF PRODUCTS: For me, I did end up falling for the 60Second Eye Lift. While in the store, it worked on me. I felt the muscles around my eyes contracting and the skin grew visibly tighter and less wrinkled. My friend watched it and was amazed by the results. She tried it and felt the muscles respond, too. At least that's what they told us was happening. HOWEVER!!

USAGE OF PRODUCTS: I have now followed the directions exactly, as told to me in the store and as written, for 6 weeks and never once have I felt the muscles work nor has it helped my wrinkles. In fact, it just dries as a shiny layer under my eyes, which crinkles when I move and exaggerates my wrinkles. 

COSTUMER SERVICE: I just called the store to ask them about this and whoever answered the phone only said, in a very annoyed tone, "Hello." I didn't even know if I had reached a business, let alone Tresor Rare. When I explained what was happening, she flatly told me I was using the product wrong. When I told her I was not only following the verbal instructions but also the WRITTEN instructions they literally highlighted for me in the store, all of which are the opposite of what she was saying, her answer was: "They must have been confused." Confused enough to have printed material to hand out to each customer who makes a purchase? Again, she told me to do the opposite of what I'd been instructed to do and hung up.

RESULT: The worst $400 I've ever spent. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
