Tresor Rare Refused Refund San Francisco California

My friend and I were visiting San Francisco from Arizona.  After a wine tour, we foolishly took a sample we were offered.  The young man who gave us the sample grabbed our bags and brought them inside the store.  We followed our items, and 30 minutes later I signed a receipt for $618.45.  I didn't know how much the skin care costs until I saw the receipt.

That night in our hotel room my friend and I were having severe buyer's remorse.  They didn't tell us that they didn't offer a refund.  We decided to bring the unopened products back for a refund.  We came back the next day as soon as the store opened.   As soon as we walked in my friend was on the phone with her bank, and one of the employees went upstairs and my friend's phone call dropped.  We both decided to stop payment.

The manager said we should bring the products home and then ship them back.  The manager was incredibly rude and not helpful at all.  I was tired of arguing, so we left the store with the products.  As soon as we got home we both mailed our unopened products back certified mail.  Both of our boxes were refused.

The other day I received in the mail a letter from my bank, with a letter from my bank and paperword from the store saying they disclosed the no money back...which they did not.  Yesterday I received another letter in the mail saying that since I did not include the credit voucher with my signature on it, I owed the store the money.

I will not stop fighting, because I am just disgusted at the service I received...
