Triad Financial - Road Loans ripoff scum worst people in the business world Hunington Beach California

I was informed by a friend that there was alot of complants regarding Triad AKA: Road Loans, This company also ripped me off I was late on a payment, and they contaced me too get payment, I agreed too have them draw my checking account they did, and still 4 weeks later I returned too work from my route and there was a repo truck there taking my truck away, and he said he had the paper work too collect the truck for non-payment. I cost me $1,800.00 too get the truck back, They never sent a letter too inform me that they intended too pick up vechile if they don't recieve a payment or nothing they just came and pick it up. Then when I got it back they forced me too give up the truck stating that I couldn't afford the truck and I should just let them take the truck.

I have had so many of the same problems that all these other people were having with this company there in business just too rip-off and destroy there credit INCLUDED ME IN THIS CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT they deserve too be sued for there actions. They must pay commisions too the repo companies too collect cars even if the comsumer is paying there payments, but the company just doesn't have a clue they make alot of mistakes, and then take advantage of there customers.
