I have the same problem that most people listed on here have - ordered the sample and then got stuck with $100 charge on my credit card bill. After calling the company several times and basically being called a liar I was told to write to this address:

I don't hold much hope of hearing from them. All I want is the $99.41 refunded to my credit card for a product I didn't order and din't receive. The "woman" Said that she shows it was sent and she has no way to prove I didn't recieve it. I told her I didn't and she basically called me a liar.

I see that several of you have contact attorneys. Instead of each of us contacting our own attorney why don't we do a class action law suit? I would be willing to participate. All anyone has to do is post it to here and I imagine you will get tons of responses.

The Utah Cybercrime Task Force is a partnership between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Currently the UCTF is comprised of the Utah Attorney General's Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Defense, the Salt Lake City Police Department, as well as other federal, state, and local affiliate agencies

They already have complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau. I filed one myself just a few mintues ago online. It takes up to 30 days to hear from the BBB. It will be worth it if something can be done to put these charlatans out of business.

There are no Better Business Bureaus in their area that can process your complaint. If you send it here it will get to the correct office:

Even a call to the local TV stations that have a consumer fraud line would help. Maybe we should all contact 20/20 or another news program like that. Something has to get these people out of business so it doesn't keep happening to the consumer.

If anyone finds anything else on how to get a refund or anything that would be helpful please post it for us all to see.

Make sure you keep copies of everything you send and when. Also keep dates and names of people you talk to. It helps in the long run.
