This company took my money in March 2012 and has provided nothing in return. They do not return phone calls or emails. I have filed a BBB complaint and asked for a refund. To date I have received nothing. AVOID.

I did report the correct company, as anyone can see in your posted links. It appears your designer has been sending emails to the incorrect email address. Note the email addresses in your "contact" link. Clearly, you would have received your emails back to you. Note the email address in the only contact I have had. Why hasn't anyone called me? After filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, still no one has made contact with me. I have called your company over and over and never received a phone call back. How do you intend to make this right?

This report was posted by Hal Cody with All Creatures Great and Small Pet Care and we think he has the wrong company.

We have had multiple contacts with him, as viewable here:

We are not sure if Mr. Cody perhaps has us confused with someone else. The site created is based on his own direction and we have been unable to get any further feedback from him.
