I left my old web hosting companay after repeated calls and conversations with UPW. While their design in top notch and they  were helpful and quick to respond then, once they receive your money, you can kiss all that good will goodbye. Their ineptitude in updating and maintaining SEO is so bad, I would suggest not using them for anything. 

I have spent literally months on this issue with "my team". Members are either unknowledgeable or just plain lazy or so overworked the client gets lost in the middle. I've had to keep on top of them weekly just to get simple things done like changes to the webiste due to their mispellings, failure to create requested links and email.

In fact, twice my email link from the web site to my business account failed. It was not until a client advised me of this that I became aware. Who knows how much business I lost due to this screw up.

As a businessman, the last thing I need to do is keep tabs on the "professionals" I hire to ensure they are doing their job.

This was a big mistake. I wouild not use them and have let many colleagues in my field know about this.
