I purchased my Kirby Vacuum cleaner in spring of 2015, and I agreed to pay in installments. Kirby turned me over to United Consumer Financial Services, and they sent me some payment coupons with the required amount to pay each month, and I have been faithfully paying them $67.13 each month since May 2015. I have no idea how much interest I am paying, and they never acknowledge receipt of my payments.

Some months I have paid double the required amount each month. I would like very much to receive a statement from them acknowledging the total amount I have paid, and the interest they are charging. But I am unable to reach them by phone or internet.

I feel very foolish for trusting them and Kirby. I would advise others not to fall into this trap! Is there anything you can do, other than publicizing this situation?

United Consumer Financial Services Rip - off: They have accepted my payments for my Kirby Vacuum Cleaner, but they have never sent me a statement acknowledging my payments, and I have no idea what interest they are charging me. When I try to call them, they are too busy to answer. I tried to reach them online, but it is impossible! I agree with the person who stated that they were ripping him off

Lawsuit? TRUTH is an absolute defense against any charges of slander / libel / defamation.  Let that sink in Jim.

Fifteen Seconds

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, January 25, 2016

I'm not a customer of this subprime lender yet I was able to find their website and contact number within FIFTEEN SECONDS.

YOU signed a contract to have them finance your purchase.  What you're saying here is YOU never read this contract BEFORE signing it, otherwise you would know the interest rate and other terms.

Of course, this may be nothing more than a false report as some immature way to "get even" with them because they have you in collections.

NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer has posted false information regarding alleged inability to contact lender.  Complainer thus opens the door for defamation lawsuit by posting said false information.
