Urban Active Global Fitness crooked business ethics/TOTAL SCAM Louisville, Kentucky

This company has continuously charged my debit card for one reason or another. The first time they screwed me was when i paid my dues a week early. They promised that it would not be taken out on the first if i paid with cash ahead of time. To my dismay they took out the money anyways. I had low funds at the time so i freaked out and they told me they could not credit my account and they could only do a memo credit to my urban active membership... this left my account overdrawn causing me several fees. To make it even worse, my urban active account was never credited and the person i spoke with who charged my card ahead of time said she never told me that info she told me. Most crooked woman in the world that goes by Renee. Thanks alot for screwing my account up. Also be careful for hidden fees that they hide in the fine print and will not tell you about even if you ask. BEST advice, stay away.. go to ANY other gym.. unless you like being lied to and manipulated.

Also, just a side note.. the personal trainers are disgusting perverts and will talk to you innapropriatly and deny it when you report them.. also, the sauna never works, and half the machines are out of order on any given day.
