US Directory Don't follow through, Make Promises They Can't Keep Internet

I was contacted by US Directory on Feb 6th and told they would be my business listed on Yahoo, Google, Switchboard, Superpages, and Bing for $5.00 a month plus .25 cents for each person who clicks on my listing.  That seemed reasonable.  I was not expecting to be the first listed.  But after 13 days I was not even found on Switchboard, Superpages of the big three.

When I did not receive my "welcome packet" nor the welcome email after 13 days, I called and was given a password to access my account.  Imagine my surprise when the report showed 551 hits of which 408 were supposedly on Superpages.  Crazy thing is when I go onto Superpages I cant find my listing. 

After I corrected the numerous errors to my listing with false keywords that I did not add and missing information elsewhere, I waited 4 hours and checked each listing sight to see if the listing appeared. Again, it did not appear on the big 3, nor Switchboard and was buried 5 pages deep on Superpages. Which again told me that it was impossible for me to have 408 views of my listing in 13 days.

I was also promised that I would receive a welcome email "right away" but it never came.

I called and canceled the service.  This company does not do what they say, and their analytics can not be trusted - especially since that is how they are paid.  I believe this company to be disreputable.
