The worst service I have ever encountered! I got car insurance with usaa, from the start they had issues with my billing and they fixed it! Well all of sudden I had 639.87 come out of my account when normally my bill is 289.97. I called upset and had a rude costumer service agent p9761 Andy, he said there is nothing he can do that every few years it will do this. I told him no I was not expecting this and I want the difference credited. He said he can't do it. So I told him to give me a manager and he told me no, they will not be able to do anything for you. I asked him again to give me a manager and he told me the same thing. I then said are you refusing to give me a manager and he said no and finally got a "manager" you can tell they totally talked before because Jordan p9765 came on the phone with an attitude and said no, the only way for my to get the difference back is if I cancel my insurance. Are you serious? Well I wascontacted by a manager and was told pretty much the same thing. Nothing they can do. That they can sometimes double bill you, she could NOT answer when I asked why I was never told this when I signed up for their policy! I do NOT understand why I was charged $639.87 for ONE month of car insurance!

They said it is for my renewal, and sometimes you get dowuble billed, My old six month premium ended on 9/27 and then my new 6 month policy started on 9/27 so I had to pay 639 and then my next bill pon 10/27 will be 359 and some change.

Something is missing here as an Insurance company can't just take an extra $400(give or take) without being able to explain it.
You should contact your State's Department of Insurance and file a complaint against them. Insurance companies do not like having the State involved and will generally do what ever they can to get the State out of their hair as quickly as possible. So once you contact the State there is a very good chance that you will hear from them very shortly after that. Where you will at least get an answer and very likely a very quick credit if they were indeed wrong.
