USAA Auto insurance Snide, contempt, hateful, immature, account blocking. Repeatedly!!! San Antonio Texas

Hi. I HATE them . I can't get anyone mature, nor knowledgeable, nor professional. Nor even not psychotic spiteful headcases. I'm not kidding. I have to call at night. It's been A YEAR of the same horrific immaturity. I get the same three late night phone people, I recognize their wicked little hatecrime voices.

I fill in the survey after the call. They obviously Know they're being reported on. But they're still working there!!! Nobody cares. They are rude in a snotty haughty way, they don't know the most basic language, like " non op" means non operative. The dumbo kept saying he doesn't know what this means and he's never heard it before. I say, it just means non operative. And he goes to look it up.

I stop him this is night and my call is only to fix the non working mobile app. Update and get a reset password. Not educate this bozo on his job on my time. I fill in the survey that he was great except that. A few minutes later, after he listens to the survey, he BLOCKED my online app. I have to call back in. I get the Hostile shrew I hate from other nightmare calls and I hang up on her.

I wait and call back and I get a different guy than either, I get him to fix the block and he's all snide, they are all in the same d**n room or reading notes to damage my call for the night, he gets ALL mean Vicious after he reads my profile, they are writing awful notes, and I ask him to remove their block. He sniffs and says, it's a routine security block for suspicious activity. They are so full of it.

This is just immature hate crap while they get PAID from ME my dad my grandparents my whole military and government family!!! I HATE them. We risk and lose brain function and blood and work our entire lives to protect little creeps like these!? To get this!! Then I say, there's no security issue. That's a lie. I was ON the phone with him, it was working, I gave a true comment on the survey, and he blocked it.

So this guy is trying to be mean to me too, and I just go, well just lift it please. He's typing. And I listen. And then I hang up. He sends me a TEXT that it's permanently blocked. These people have NO LIFE
