Clear, concise, to the point -- this Rip off Report is fantastic!

Can you perhaps describe what happened and why you feel ripped off? And why is this filed under racism? USPS is probably the most pluralistic business group in the US -- are you saying the USPS lost your package because you are a minority? Really?
