Value Brakes Ripped me off for the same job twice,customer service is a joke they have a don't care attitude , and district manager Gibby never returns any phone calls, Jacksonville/orange Park Florida

I took my 2000 ford expedition to the southside stor just for brakes and had no idea that the brake job they did would cause more issues than if I left the brakes I had on the truckalone. They put cheap pads on my truck which caused squeeking , My husband could hear me coming home from around the corner, the squeeking was so bad.

I called the southside store and spoke to Sean, with his very nasty and so what attitude he told me there was nothing he could do because I had a coupoun and I got what I paid for he said he here's the same thing from about 10 customers a week ...I told him that's probaly because he didn't tell them he was putting cheap pads on their vehicle either. I told him he was wrong because I pay for what I want no matter the cost.

Value brake get you into their locations with the coupoun and install cheap brakes on your vehiicle without advising you that there is a diffrence in what product you get if you use a coupon or not. I unfair business practices and scams have resulted in me paying 454.00 for a brake job at value brakes I do belive I could hjave gotten a better job done for a cheaper price. I ended up paying another 112.00 at the orangepark location they ripped me off again becasuse customer service is so lousy they never put my complaint in and advised them of what to do to correct the problem . BBB will hear from me.
