Of course the shop will deny liability!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

Roland,

What exactly failed and how exactly did that failure cause you to have an accident?

Of course the shop will deny liability! Do you know how many people try putting blame on the last shop who worked on the car?

If you sit down with your insurance adjuster and explain this, they may decide to go after the shop to get their money back. You did have insurance, right/

Much more information is needed

If you give more information, it will help us readers have a better understanding of you ROR. What is the year, make, and model of your car. Your post implies that they just did the rear brake shoes.

What part failed, that caused you to have a wreck? Also, what were their reasons why they are not responsible?

What exactly does their warranty cover? Both parts and labor, or just one or the other?
