Valvoline Bait And switch tactics. Chula Vista California

I called this service station and was told they have 3 prices $34.95, $49.95 & $59.95.I brought my car in and asked about the $34.95 oil change. The young lady I spoke with said she does not no anything about the $34.95 oil change but asked if I would Iike the $49.95 or the $59.95 service. I asked a second person who did not no anything either, who then asked a third person. This person started explaining vescosity to me and how much better the $59.95 service was. I finaly asked what kind of oil do they use for the $34.95 oil change. I was told the stuff in that barrel (as he pointed to a barrel in the corner). I had enough and left.

I did call the franchise corp. that owned this store and was told someone would call me. Nobody ever did!
I'm not interested in getting anything free from Valvoline nor would I bring my cars in for any amount. As I will not do business with any company I feel has used "bait and switch tactics".
