Another company sending postcards claiming to continue/extend Auto Warranty without knowing vehicles VIN# or having any authorization from vehicles factory to continue/extend warranty. When calling vehicles dealership/factory about why this company is sending this postcard about vehicles warranty that has 2 more years they said to report this company and DO NOT do business with these type of companies that have no authorization to continue/extend vehicle warranty from the factory.

FYI postcards state to have VIN#, mileage handy when calling their salesperson/warranty specialists and FINAL NOTICE on your expiring or expired factory warranty. Call now to activate, call before this date, call within so many hours , show coverages on a 4x4 when your vehicle is a car with no 4x4 capabilities, etc. that consumer agencies warn you against dealing with companies that state these type of call now or else.

I am an employee of VSI. There is nothing fake or scam-like about the way that we conduct business. We are a completely legit company that operates under strict guidelines. We are FULLY certified to sell warranty coverage in ALL 50 STATES. There is absolutely nothing fishy about what goes on @ VSI. We are a warranty brokerage that sells 3rd party policies, so how are we scamming anybody?

The policies that we sell are underwritten by some of the largest warranty companies in the USA. Some having been in business for over 20 years. If you buy a bumper to bumper warranty, that is exactly what you are going to get.

JJ here from SoCal has NO IDEA what he is talking about! Do some real research before you smear a companies name...

What kind of dealership are you going to Stan that won't give you an extended warranty unless your car isn't worth it?

This extended warranty company that makes False claims about peoples warranty expiring is just guessing when they send out their **EXTREMELY URGENT CALL NOW TIME SENSITIVE LETTER** My vehicle still had 2 more years and alot more on mileage before it expired so if it's incorrect information about this company why do they LIE about your vehicles warranty is about to or already expired when in my case it is a LIE?
How can they make such a statement about a vehicle that they have no proper info on like a vehicle identification #?

Per their response to the BBB they won't tell where they are actually getting peoples info to send out these misinformation/false claims extended warranty on a vehicle they have no proper id on , but did say that the government has some survey that says people in the US have at least 2 cars per household. With that response from this uninformed extended warranty company that just tells anyone their guessing when they state your vehicles' warranty is already expired or about to expire soon and looks/sounds desperate enough to LIE to get business makes this company look like a scheming telemarketing offer.
With that said you deal with that incorrect info on the company you are doing business with and as for your dealership not extending a warranty on your vehicle , something has to be definitley wrong with your vehicle or is just not worth it for a dealership not to extend a warranty. They want any business they can get why would they not take your business?

I purchased a warranty from them and I think its absolutely great. I have had 3 claims filed and they were all hassle free. My dealership wouldnt even offer me an extended coverage no matter how hard I tried to get one. They said they made more money off of me if I didnt have coverage. They worked right with my dealership and paid the claims directly to them. I even went back and bought another warranty from vehicle services.
