Verizon Wireless Does not honor warranty on cell phones Huntington Station New York

Hey!

ok so i work for an indirect verizon store where we sell verizon, tmobile, sprint, helio and metro pcs. out of all of the companies verizon has the best policies and customer service! the verizon corporate stores are usually rude and do not know what they are doing. we take care of all of our customers needs. if they need a warrenty replacement we call and have it sent to our store so they dont have to sit home and wait for fedex. if they need to change their price plan we call verizon and do it for them. we do exactly wht they can do but we deal with it bc we are the best.

you should definitely go to an indirect store like a WIRELESS TOYZ which is where i work. you can even call my store and i promise you will have nothing but a great experience with us and verizon! i work at the wireless toyz in ann arbor, MI. across from the U of M stadium!

having worked for another cell phone company when they mean water damage they are most likely referring to your hands. when your hands sweat they produce water and if you had a nice cold drink in your hands that would have water droplets.

if you do that enough of times, you could short out the phone silly but true, unless you dropped it in the toilet because you were fumbling for the toilet paper and could not stop the chatter to your friend....

I know have a new cell phone with att sprint won & I lost I didn't get a new phone with sprint when radio shack sold me a defective phone & didn't honor the warranty I purchased, I know got a new color phone with att this is my second cell phone. In 2009 if I keep my account in good stand I will be able to upgrade to a camera phone, this cell phone with att is alot better the one I had with sprint it was not a color phone with sprint, I am happier know with att.

But thanks to this website my experince with sprint will help other people not to go threw the samething, & I have not become a victim of many other companies thanks to this website.

This website is a godsend. This bad businesses want this site shut down well that is never gonna happen until they start treating people better & quit stealing from them.

Well my fight with Verizon went absolutely nowhere! The little guy loses and big giant Verizon wins again. Please I advise everyone stay away from Verizon wireless. I am now with AT&T and a lot happier!
