Imagine my surprise when I got back from Europe and found my Verizon Wireless phone, safe and sound, untouched, in my house - but with charges from Verizon for downloads. Two downloads, total of ten bucks, but I didn't make them.

They wouldn't take the charges off. Doesn't matter they were for useless crap I never heard of and never used, and that I haven't downloaded anything from them for 18 months. Supervisor of customer service told me I was a liar.

I can't even cancel the service without a huge charge. Do Not Use Verizon All those guys behind you when you use Verizon? They have guns aimed at you. They no longer consider "my problem" to be "their problem." They consider "their illegal charges their extra profit."
