Verizon Wireless Crappy Service and rates going up worst mobile provider ever Tucson Internet

Verizon Wireless just my account and my wifes too. She knew her bill was behind by 6 days and they cut her off. No phone call, no email, just cut her off, then when she tried to call them they wanted to charge roaming fees!!!! Unbelievable! What's more, she was out and about, and couldn't contact me to help her, so she had to borrow a phone. Getting this straightened out was a nightmare. Can't go online because the login does not work when your phone has been cut off. Can't call on my cell because it thinks it's my line, which is on a different account. Talk to a person and they say the people that usually take care of these calls are gone on Sunday. Had to get a supervisor to take the payment, however they forgot to actually reactivate the phone after taking payment, so I had to CALL BACK to get someone to do that part.

To top it all off, they charged $75 to reactivate the d**n thing. Great job, Verizon. Your service has been going up up and up, and you treat 10 year customers like this. Last straw. You just lost 2 accounts worth $500 a month. I originally posted this to (((REDACTED LINK)))
